Omer has over 19 years of experience in the enterprise software market with a focus on workforce optimization and customer experience solutions. He has led large scale software implementation projects within contact centers, and consulted to several tier 1 service providers in the U.S. and Canada. At NICE, Omer leads the business development and strategy aspect of the Advanced Process Automation (APA) line of business. He is passionate about collaborating with partners and customers around the globe to augment the value of NICE Robotic Process Automation in the market.
