Prior to joining NICE Systems, Robert was Marketing Writer and Public Relations Specialist for Financial Process Automation with Lexmark Enterprise Software, a division of Lexmark International. Previously, he held a number of editorial and content production roles with Brainware and other organizations, and was Research Associate for ABC News. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Binghamton University.
