NICE Robotic Process Automation Named a Leader in Everest Group's PEAK Matrix for Second Consecutive Year

NICE was named a leader in Everest Group's RPA PEAK Matrix report for the second consecutive year. Everest Group highlights, as an area of strength, NICE RPA's vision to develop solutions tailored for man working with machine. Other areas of strengths identified in the report are the numerous product innovations which NICE RPA released in the past year.

To name a few:

  • NEVA – the innovative NICE Employee Virtual Attendant, which is the employee's personal desktop robot, supporting them through their daily activities by providing real-time process guidance and automation of routine tasks.
  • Automation Finder – the automation discovery tool, infused with artificial intelligence capabilities to identify and recommend processes which will yield the highest ROI if automated.
  • Shape Analysisa new robust screen integration capability which identifies various elements on the screen (fields, buttons etc.) based on their shape, text, and location. It allows automation even when there is no direct access to the user's screen, as is the case in VDI deployments.

  • Central Control Room NICE offers a web-based control room for orchestrating both unattended and attended robots

​Everest Group also mentions NICE's reference customers appreciation for its product vision, attended automation capabilities in supporting complex use cases, and flexibility in incorporating their feedback.

The report places a large focus on the growing domain of RDA, Robotic Desktop Automation. According to Everest Group, RPA vendors are focused on developing functionalities that optimize workforce productivity and significantly improve customer experience.
